Returns
- We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Certain products (such as personal care items, perishables, or customized products) may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@slymart.in with your order details and reason for return.
Replacements
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a free replacement.
- After inspecting the returned item, we will process your replacement and deliver it to you within 7–10 business days.
- In case the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
Refunds
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Items without original packaging or invoice.
